• All bookings made through the Call Centre and Website are non – refundable.
• No change of booking date or cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of the visit date.
• One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
• If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount.
• Medical emergency will be considered for full refund and same has to be justified with relevant documents.
• For entry booked online or through the call center, no cancellations/refunds are allowed on blackout dates and special rates.
• No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
• Refunds shall be processed in the same form of payment used to purchase the original ticket/package. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 working days
• No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
